Hi, I'm Katherine Turner, and I've joined Team Feed to help end hunger in America. There are currently more than 38 million people in this country who face hunger, something I lived with as a child thirty years ago... something no one should have to experience. I've created this fundraiser to help alleviate the burden of access to food for others like me through the Feeding America network of food banks. 

Even a small donation can make a big difference in someone's life. In fact, according to Feed America, every $1 donated helps provide at least 10 meals! That's so amazing to me because, when I was a child, I would scour parking lots for enough change to buy even a single can of vegetables on sale to feed my sister and myself... and many days, I couldn't even do that.
